The Ciccarelli Pharmacy is a healthcare facility that focuses entirely on consulting and trusting the local community. The challenge was to extend this relationship beyond the physical walls of the pharmacy, creating a digital ecosystem (Site + Social) capable of informing, assisting, and retaining users through valuable content and accessible services.

Main characteristics

We worked on a two-track strategy, combining the technical robustness of the website with the dynamism of social media.

  • Web Design & UX: We created pharmaciaciccarelli.it with a focus on a clean, reassuring, and highly functional interface. The site is optimized for consulting services (self-analysis, punctures, nutritional consultations) and for the immediate verification of shifts and contacts.
  • Social Media Management: We manage social channels with the aim of humanizing the brand and providing value. The strategy includes an editorial plan that alternates health advice, promotion of pharmacy services, and prevention “pills,” maintaining a professional yet personal tone of voice.
  • Content Strategy: Production of coherent visual and textual content, aimed at positioning the pharmacists of the Ciccarelli Pharmacy as authoritative and accessible experts.
    Omnichannel Approach: Integration between social channels and the website to drive traffic to service bookings and site visits, enhancing local visibility.

 

A coordinated and active digital identity. Thanks to the synergy between the new site and constant social management, Farmacia Ciccarelli has increased its online engagement and awareness of the services offered, consolidating its role as a 360-degree health consultant in the local landscape.
